I was working on this little bugger on Thanksgiving last year while the bird was cooking. I thought I should feature it here since it reflects the Cosmote style.

It was funny. I had just been thinking of how I always liked these small, Swiss Army knives that have just what you need. The problem is that first you lose the toothpick, then the tweezers, then your lucky if you even find the knife again. I thought maybe I’d get another one when I found one that someone else had misplaced while walking across an empty lot where a house had once stood. (There were lots of great things to be found there) The problem was that, besides having no trace of a toothpick or tweezers, the casing was all cracked apart and duct-taped.
My instincts told me that this was a great opportunity for yet another creative endeavor. I didn’t know how realistic it would be to make a casing, but it was worth a shot. One .50ยข piece of oak, a few cuts, some carving, sanding, dremel, art, seal, and 2 glue attempts later I had one custom blade with no toothpick or tweezers to lose.
